Technical blip or the start of a horrible summer for England?

  1. I just posted a big long response and my phone cleared it when I said publsih.
In summary: hopefully a blip, Lythe will probably open against Kiwis. Ha ha, the Kiwis won the trans-tasman Biffo. Excellent.

  2. Jason Gallespie the New England coach in waiting, will do wonders. He might start sooner rather than later, no use being conservative with the Ashes on the line. Can see the Kiwis bowling first also, fantastic seamers and a couple of genuine quicks. Cook is a deadman walking, Anderson will learn a thing of these young guys

  3. Cook: deadman walking? Are you sure? It's only been 3 days since his last century. Or do you just mean the captaincy?
If we lose to the Kiwi's then there will be trouble.
Gillespie has done wonders coaching Yorkshire. He could indeed do a good job for England under the new Director OF Cricket. That appointment has gone quiet. A good sign, that they're taking their time? More likely a bad sign that they're messing about and arguing amonst themselves.

  4. Yes the captancy 1st, he will be way to conservative against the NZ team, not sure how many games you play but they may mess him up by their aggressive game or just shatter his stumps. England need KP badly.

They may let Moores completely embarras himself and not saddle Gallespie with all the baggage until the summer is over. 50 - 50 that Aus + NZ can end cooks captancy, and the coach.

  5. Anderson will need to bowl England to glory, take several match winning catches and chip in with a few 50s. Poor bugger, is he still the night watchman also
